Refunds:

On the time of delivery if the package is damaged from outside, please do not accept the package and do not sign the delivery slip. Signing of the delivery slip indicates that the package has not been damaged in transit.
After opening the package if you find that the order is damaged from inside or it is different from what you ordered then you need to communicate with us through website or call center within 24 hours of receipt.
We will lodge a complaint and will get back to you within next 24 – 48 hours.
On basis of your complaint, KhalidPharmacy will launch an internal investigation and the report of that investigation would be full & final.
If you are eligible for return/refund then KhalidPharmacy will process the same.
